We’re gearing up for cold weather and so can you with this cornbread recipe! It’s a twist on your regular cornbread, it’s super easy because you start with a cornbread mix, and it pairs well with any soup, chili or beans.
- 1 Box of Cornbread mix
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn (drained)
- 1/2 Cup Mild Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Can of Rotel
- 1 tsp Sugar
Make cornbread according to box, add additional ingredients to mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degree Fahrenheit in a greased pan.
